Sheldon Mfg. Inc. has included a new feature for 2005 for their Water Jacketed Incubators product line. The addition of a dissimilar metal anode in the water jacket allows the use of tap water without worrying about corrosion. This innovative feature eliminates the hassle and expense of distilled water and allows the safe use of tap water in the stainless steel chamber. In addition, there is an accessory kit available to enable users of existing ShelLab incubators to install the protection of the new anti-corrosion anode.
