A line of stationary and shaking water baths designed to provide exceptional temperature control in a variety of clinical and laboratory applications is available from PolyScience, of Niles, Ill. Equipped with sensitive microprocessor-based PID controllers, these water baths maintain bath temperatures from ambient +5° to 100°C with ±0.5°C accuracy and ±0.2°C uniformity. They are available with 2, 5, 10, 20 or 28-liter single chamber reservoirs; a dual chamber model with both 5 and 10-liter reservoirs is also offered.
