Shimadzu Scientific Instruments has introduced an updated version of their web-based, interactive TOC Virtual Advisor, which now offers 24-hour interactive support for the TOC-V Series instruments. With password-protected access, the TOC Virtual Advisor allows users to custom configure a website to match the configuration of their TOC analyzer, including accessories such as an autosampler, total nitrogen module and solids sample module. Once configured, users can access troubleshooting guides and animated flow diagrams to create different flow mechanisms and obtain greater insight into the workings of their Shimadzu instruments.
