Answering today’s critical needs for potable water technology delivering increased output at lower costs in smaller spaces, Koch Membrane Systems Inc., of Wilmington, Mass., unveiled its unique 10-inch diameter ultrafiltration (UF) hollow fiber cartridge at the 2003 AWWA Exposition in Anaheim, Calif. Evolving from the widely installed KMS 8-inch cartridge, this new cartridge contains 60 percent more membrane area and provides 60 percent more product water per cartridge than its eight-inch predecessor.
