U.S. EPA watershed handbook

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agencys Office of Water has published a guide to watershed management as a tool in developing and implementing watershed plans. Handbook for Developing Watershed Plans to Restore and Protect Our Waters features a step-by-step process of watershed monitoring and assessment, community outreach, best management practices, implementation, feedback and plan adjustment.
