SeproClear from Turnkey Solutions Inc., of Mahwah, N.J., is a pre-engineered, skid-built system that removes floatable oil and large quantities of settleable solids. The floating oil is aggressively and continually removed by an oil skimming system. This is especially effective with wastestreams that include grease and highly viscuous oil. The settleable oils are collected in a sludge hopper for removal. The base unit is designed for gravity discharge and handles a flow range of 0-5 gpm, and larger units are available.
