Shaft collars
Stafford Manufacturing Corp.’s line of two-piece shaft collars combine a smooth bore to protect valuable shafts with wrenching flats to safely provide added torque using an open-end wrench. Ideally suited for maintenance and setup applications, these wrenching collars help free frozen shafts and are extremely effective for alignment. Available in 15 sizes to fit shafts from 0.25- to 3.0-inch (6.35 to 76.2 mm) OD, they are offered in steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The collars can also be supplied with threaded, hex and square bores. Pipe sizes from 0.375- to 1.5-inch (9.5- to 38.1-mm) are offered to free frozen pipe components.
