To download the bulletin, go to www. fleckcontrols.com and log in using your Login and Password (top of the screen) or click register if you are a first time visitor to the site. Mouse over to Tech Support on the left side of the screen, then click on the Manuals & Bulletins fly-out menu. Enter the bulletin number (or desired number/word) in the Keyword Search box.
