The new pH meter from Harvard Apparatus Inc. is microprocessor controlled and housed in a rugged, waterproof casing. It includes an auto-instruction feature that guides the user through a simple calibration procedure-including NIST buffer calibration at 6.86 and 9.18-in addition to the standard 4.01, 7.01 and 10.01. The meter features a dual-level display with graphic symbols that show pH or mV as well as temperature to 0.1C. It is also equipped with powerful software for one- or two-point calibration with any of the memorized buffers.
