Blue-White® Industries introduces the FLEXFLO® Peristaltic Metering Pump. Redesign of the head and tube assemblies helps provide more precise chemical feed. Model numbers are visibly stamped on the PVDF pump tube adapters, for easy reorder. Peristaltic metering injectors are suited to chemical feed demand up to a maximum feed output of 124 gpd/8.45 L/h and working pressures reaching 100 psi/6.9 Bar. The pumps feature the company’s exclusive, built-in Tube Failure Detection system, (patent nos. 7,001,153 and 7,284,964). If non-compatible chemical is detected in the head, the pump will automatically shut off and not restart until it has been removed. FLEXFLO is designed to be compatible with Blue-White’s Micro-Flo flow verification sensor, with select digital models accepting 4-20 mA, 0-10 Vdc inputs for eternal speed control.
