Minntech Filtration Technology Group, of Minneapolis, has expanded its prefiltration technologies for the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare markets. The company added to its full line of prefiltration products with the FPPM pleated polypropylene membrane filters and FPNY pleated nylon membrane filters. The FPPM filters are available in 0.1 and 0.2 micron ratings. These filters are made with 100 percent polypropylene for broad chemical compatibility with acids, bases and solvents used in pharmaceutical processes.
