Prism Visual Software unveils its newest module, MiniSurvey, which integrates with MiniMate, to give users the ability to design service specific or industry-specific surveys on their PDAs. Users can develop and amend surveys, checklists, inspection or testing questionnaires and merchandizing surveys for sales and service technicians. Collected data from the field helps service and sales management to more efficiently control unique business processes and improve quality control.
