The Sani-Check incubator from Biosan Laboratories Inc., of Warren, Mich., is a desktop instrument specifically designed for small-scale incubation needs such as test strips and dip slides. Although the incubator is pre-set at 37°C, it can be adjusted as needs change, and its working temperature range is 31 to 40°C. The incubator will easily hold 12 dip slides, 25 tubes, or 100 or more test strips. The heating element is located behind a panel on the rear of the incubator.
