Model 2600 is a new flow switch from Thomas Products Ltd., of Southington, Conn. This unit operates by a unique two-mode design—set point and bypass. The set point is achieved either by increasing or decreasing liquid flow at the calibrated set point of the switch. A magnet-equipped shuttle displaced at the calibrated set point actuates the hermetically sealed reed switch housed within the removable bonnet assembly. The bypass mode allows for high flow, but still maintains very low pressure drop.
