New PVC filter monitors from Orange Research measure differential pressure to check filter media health in filtration equipment for water and corrosive liquids. A single dial simplifies training, installation and maintenance, while reducing operator errors. Monitors are available with one- (25.4-mm) or 2.5-inch (63.5-mm) diameter durable plastic dial cases; feature 0.125-inch (3.175-mm) female NPT process ports on the bottom, and compact bodies are rated at up to 150-psi line pressure and measure 1″ D x 1.5″ H x 1.5″ W (25.4 x 38.1 x 38.1 mm). Piston sensors handle differential pressure ranges from 0-10 to 0-30 psid. Accuracy is five-percent full scale, and each unit is calibrated to NIST standards.
