The TrueDos Flow Monitor (FM) Digital Dosing pump from ALLDOS Limited offers a new concept in chemical dosing allowing users across-the-board flow and pressure monitoring in the dosing head. The pump alarms out on Error Flow on suction starvation, tank empty, opening of the bleed screw or a failure of the suction pipe/tube. Additionally, the pressure within the dosing head is constantly monitored and can be displayed at the touch of a button. The pressure at which the pump trips out can be adjusted internally, effectively deleting the requirement for external pressure relief valves. The TrueDos Digital Dosing pumps are dual voltage 110-230/1/50 with an optional 24V DC unit and can accept a 4-20mA control signal, pulse input from a water meter, run in batch or timer mode, and offer a run-hours time counter and chemical consumption indication. Flow rates from 4m/hr to 150 lph and pressures to 16 bar are available.
