Bee Valve Inc., of Elyria, Ohio, introduces two glass-filled nylon products in pin lug couplings and hose menders. With lightweight polyethylene gaskets, the couplings are resistant to chemicals and rust. They are designed for agriculture, construction, mining and general industry applications. Available in 1-1/2” and 2” sizes, the hose menders are non-conducting and easily installed. First, cut off the broken part of the hose, and then place clamps over each end of hose. Next, insert the hose mender and tighten clamps.
