Clack Corporation introduces two commercial/industrial control valves, the WS3 three-inch (76.2 mm) valve and enhanced WS2QC two-inch (50.8 mm) valve. Each is designed for the water treatment professional, incorporating many proven features of the WS1 line, including patented stack technology, state-of-the-art electronics and DC drives using an energy efficient 24V AC adapter. The WS3 features a lead-free, brass body with engineered composite plastics; quick-connect feature and a choice of optional flange or side-mount adapters. The valve is supplied with three-inch FPT inlet/outlet and three-inch pilot or three-inch BSPT inlet/outlet with 90 mm (3.54-inch) riser pilot. Provides service flow and backwash rates up to 250 gpm (946.35 L/m). WS2QC control valves feature a lead-free, brass body with an NSF/FDA-approved black coating and engineered composite plastic components. Enhanced casting provides two-inch (50.8 mm) female NPT inlet/outlet and two-inch distributor pilot or two-inch female BSPT inlet/outlet with 2.48-inch (63 mm) distributor pilot along with greater flow rates. Provides service flow rates up to 125 gpm (473.17 L/m) and backwash rates up to 85 gpm (321.76 L/m). WS2QC is available with a quick-connect feature and a choice of optional SS tank adapters: four-inch (01.6 mm) # 8 UN threaded adapter; six-inch (152.4 mm) flange or side-mount adapters. The quick-connect body style allows the control to swivel 360° on it’s tank adapter to provide easy alignment of valve inlet/outlet ports.
