Membrana’s 0.5 x 1 MicroModule® membrane contactors are available in two models that utilize different membranes. The first debubbles and removes gases from low-surface tension fluids; the second debubbles and degasses fluids with similar surface tensions to water. The contactors are the smallest membrane degassers of their kind with 0.11 ft2 (100 cm2) of membrane area. One device can process up to 30 mL/min of liquid; larger devices are also available for higher liquid flow rates. The integrally potted membrane contactors do not utilize any O-rings or external metal clamps.
