Industrial Test Systems, Inc.s Free Chlorine Water Check aperture strip received approval from the U.S. EPA for drinking water compliance monitoring. Final approval was published in the Code of Federal Regulation. Free Chlorine Water Check can now be treated as an equivalent to other free chlorine test kits. The test strips are designed for use in a food processing environment to determine whether the correct amount of sanitizer is present. Reagents are impregnated on the test strip pad and no external chemicals are needed to perform the test.
