A line of easy-to-install linear anodes for protecting all types of storage tanks, buried pipelines and other machinery from corrosion is now available from Electrochemical Devices, Inc. The AT-Series Linear anodes consist of a copper-cored titanium flat wire coated with mixed metal oxide and attached to a #14 AWGG HMW/PE insulated bus wire. Featuring multiple current paths for redundancy and connectors that simply snap together for rapid assembly, these impressed current linear anodes are easily constructed in the field and form hermetically sealed connections.
