Krones AG’s MouldXpress Advanced can be used with S16 to S28 series Contiform blow-molding machines for the standard process and for relax-type molds with neck cooling. The semi-automatic system, integrated into the blowing wheel, shortens changeover time from about 3.5 minutes to less than one minute per blow-molding station. Different mold sets are kept securely in a design-enhanced, human-engineered changing trolley.
