PARKER/PAGE International Hose introduces the PAGE-flex” System, an advanced hose design in convoluted PTFE for use in the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech and food processing industries that utilizes a stainless steel helix wire mechanically fixed to each end fitting. The system provides end-to-end electrical continuity while enhancing hose stability. This offers users improved flexibility, a reduced bend radius, less kinking and vacuum resistance while increasing the hoses overall strength. These features maximize the safety margins and reliability of the hose assembly, especially when working at elevated pressures, high vacuum levels and raised temperatures. The system is available in PTFE Flare-Seal” Sanitary and PTFE Flare-Seal Swivel Flanges and allows for increased live-length of the hose, providing a more flexible hose in shorter hose assemblies. Sizes range from 1/2-4″ I.D.
