After 50 years in business, Santa Ana, CA-based Aqua-Con announced an agreement to join forces with ACM Technologies. Aqua-Con owner, Bill Hanson, was enthusiastic about the future. “ACM appreciates this business, understands how to operate it correctly, and is continually innovating and seeking ways to expand its potential. They have modern regeneration facilities on both coasts, a seasoned leadership team, and cutting-edge water and resin testing capabilities that will certainly benefit our existing customers.”
Michael Warner, ACM’s President, was similarly optimistic. “The combination of Bill’s customer backlog and our operational capabilities make this a win for everyone impacted. Customers will benefit by continuing long-established relationships while being serviced by a modern facility with increased capacity and unparalleled technical support and solution engineering.”
The company will operate under the ACM brand. Aqua-Con will merge its operations into ACM’s west coast facility in Gardena, CA. Hanson will become VP of West Coast Operations and will report to Mike Warner, who will split his time between the east and west coasts.
