The Eastern Water Quality Association (EWQA) announced its annual one-day Spring education event will be held at the Hampton Inn in Frederick, MD on May 19. There will be a variety of topics covered in scheduled presentations, including radon in water, radiologicals, nuisance bacteria, lead in drinking water as well as classes on valves and pumps. These classes will offer opportunity for WQA continuing education credit as well as Maryland education credit under the Board of Well Drillers for water conditioners.
