Orlando event set for April 6-8 at Orange County Convention Center
The Water Quality Association is offering attendees to the 2022 WQA Convention & Exposition an opportunity to save on the price of registration through January 26. The Convention will be held April 6-8 in Orlando, FL.
Advance Pricing means WQA members can save nearly 25 percent off the regular registration price of $255 if they register by January 26. Non-members would pay $275 instead of their standard fee of $355, which will be in effect January 27-April 3. Registration will be higher for anyone registering the week of Convention.
The Convention kicks off on Wednesday, April 6, with a full schedule of education sessions and the Opening General Session, which includes WQA’s annual meeting, Leadership Awards such as the Hall of Fame and Lifetime Member, and valuable updates on the state of the water treatment industry. The trade show, featuring the latest in water treatment technology, will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 7 and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, April 8.
Convention education sessions cover technical topics related to POU/POE water treatment and business operations sessions appropriate for small or family-owned businesses. Topics include chloride discharge and brine recovery, water treatment for beverage applications (such as coffee, beer and distillery) and treatment for non-traditional water sources.
Again this year, WQA will offer Business Boot Camp on April 5, one day before the Convention opens. In addition, a half-day Commercial/Industrial RO Sizing Workshop will be offered the afternoon of April 5. Separate registration fees apply to these two events, but Boot Camp attendees can save with Advance Pricing, too.
