Help Support the Healthy H2O Act
WQA is asking for help in the passing of the Healthy H2O Act. WQA’s Clean Water for All Initiative, now the Healthy H2O Act, has been introduced to both chambers of Congress. The Act was introduced by Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), Representative Chellie Pingree (D-ME), and Representative David Rouzer (R-NC). This bill with authorize a new grant program at the USDA that would result in the coverage of water quality testing costs, as well as the installation and maintenance of POU/POE water filtration products. WQA is asking for your help in promoting this bipartisan initiative by sending letters to Representatives and Senators in your state. To send a letter, visit https://actionnetwork.org/letters/clean-water-for-all. If you need assistance, reach out to WQA at [email protected].
