Water industry and outside experts in leadership, human resources and business management will engage attendees of the third annual WQA Business Boot Camp in learning how to ‘Create the Vision’ for a successful water treatment business. Aimed primarily at dealers, this intensive one-day business operations workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.
This year’s presenters have decades of business experience, from both inside and outside our industry. They include:
- Candice Wentling, MWS, Director of Certified Action, a business advisement and training company, who will discuss Leadership Lessons: Articulate Your Passion
- Jeff Kortes, Founder of Human Asset Management LLC, which helps organizations to recruit, engage, develop and retain talent, on Hiring and Retention: Find the People First
- Doug Ramer, MWS, CWR, Human Resources Director at Martin Water Conditioning, who will speak on How to Onboard Your Employees: Training Materials, Teaching Professionalism
Boot Camp is being held the day before the start of the 2020 WQA Convention & Exposition, which is expected to draw more than 3,000 water quality industry professionals from around the world. Attendees can register for Boot Camp at the same time they register for Convention.
