Moti-Vitality has opened a hands-on training facility that allows a new installer the opportunity to complete 4-5 actual installs from box to pressure testing in real world scenarios, all for less cost than one insurance deductible. Installers will learn and practice multiple pipe connection methods, stone countertop drilling, proper drain connection, plumbing assessment, valve teardown and programming, and more. There are three courses offered. The premium course includes WQA certification and paid travel expenses. The standard course is for an installer to brush up or practice a new install or drain connection method. The Installer Insight for Sales Professionals will help teach plumbing assessments, pipe type, and size identification and how to communicate with the customer in a way that best prepares for the installation.
