Alan Mast, MWS, CI and owner of Mast Water Technology and Theresa ‘Terri’ Feldman were recently honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Water Quality Association of Wisconsin (WQAW). A self-described ‘water rat,’ Mast spent the majority of his professional career in the water treatment industry, as Engineering Manager for WaterCare Corp, owner/operator, President of the Mast Water Technology dealership group and also several positions at Hellenbrand Inc. He has been a long-time member of the WQAW Board of Directors, serving as President twice. Mast has a degree in industrial engineering from UW-Madison and an MBA in marketing from Marquette University. He is a licensed engineer in the State of Wisconsin, a past member and Chairperson of the University of Wisconsin, Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering Advisory Board. In addition, he is a Wisconsin-licensed Master Plumber-MPRA and past committee member of the Water Quality Association. Feldman graduated from the College of St. Benedict in Collegeville, MN and began her career in the water treatment industry at Cargill Salt as the Territory Manager for southeastern WI from 1986-1996. She transitioned to VP of Sales for United Salt in Woodland, from 1996-2016.
