North America: Canature partnership announced

Canature WaterGroup announced that Canature Group has acquired a 51.0 percent controlling interest in its business. Canature WaterGroup has had a long and successful relationship with Canature Group since 2009. The transaction is structured as a partnership, with Canature WaterGroup maintaining its independence and flexibility, while leveraging Canature Group’s financial strength as a publicly listed company and its world-class innovation and manufacturing capability. Don Fettes will continue to serve as the CEO and President, and the company will continue to be managed by the existing management team.
