Haws® announced multiple internal promotions within various company departments, in support of Haws’ continued success in the emergency equipment and hydration industries. Stephanie Kilroy, Executive VP, was previously Director of Family Governance and Programs. She has held various positions within the organization and in her new role, will help lead and support focused strategic initiatives to drive growth. Kilroy will continue to support commercialization priorities as well as international business needs.
Tim Henderson, VP of Finance, has been with Haws since 2000 as Controller within the Finance Department. In his new role, he will manage the finance and purchasing groups. Henderson has taken on a larger role to strategically direct and support both the local North American market as well as international locations, with their financial and procurement needs.
Brian Clark, Director of Sales, North America, has over 18 years in strategic sales operations, market share growth, territory sales management and new business development. He manages and organizes all North American sales efforts and oversees all regional sales directors, the plumbing and safety sales channels, as well as all domestic sales activities. Recently, Clark has taken on these responsibilities for the Haws integrated tempering solutions market and team.
Eric Clark will now serve as Director of the Haws Services® group and manage the in-house and field-support technicians throughout the US and Canada. He has over 30 years of services experience and his additional duties include overseeing the Haws tech support team and fostering relationships with key channel partners to support maximizing revenue opportunities.
Melanie Mayer has been promoted to Quality and Compliance Manager. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in environmental and occupational health from California State University-Northridge, Mayer has built her career in a variety of safety and environmental health positions. As the Quality and Compliance Manager at Haws, she adds the responsibilities of championing continual improvement initiatives to achieve attainment of best practices and ensure customer satisfaction, as well as maintaining the company’s compliance with OSHA, environmental and ISO standards and regulations.
Ian Roberts, Project Engineering Manager, has been with the Haws engineering team since 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nevada-Reno. He will oversee and manage the daily activities of the project engineering team to meet department goals in line with business targets. Roberts will also lead the monitoring, development and control of technical sales support, order execution activities and service support, to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
Nuray Ebel, Applications Engineering Manager, has worked in various roles within Haws over the past five years and has more than 15 years of experience in custom-engineered product design and project management. In her new role, Ebel will be managing the applications engineering team to provide custom and standardized engineered solutions along with quotations development, bid strategy, technical negotiations and order execution support for both domestic and international projects.
Hollie Tracy-Ochoa, Project Manager, has been with Haws for four years and has held various departmental roles throughout the organization, including administration, marketing and most recently as certified Project Management Professional in the project management office. With over a decade of experience, she will be responsible for managing various projects for domestic and international locations, which includes planning, executing and evaluating projects according to established time lines and budgets. Tracy-Ochoa will also serve as a project leader for Haws strategic planning initiatives, ensuring consistency with company processes, strategy, commitments and goals.
