The Water Quality Association announced it is supporting efforts by US EPA to address perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs) such as PFOA and PFOS and their impact on drinking water. In a news release, US EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt said his agency was launching a cross-agency effort, “…to ensure that communities across the country have the tools they need to address these chemicals.” WQA also announced it is offering its first-ever Business Operations Boot Camp one day prior to the 2018 WQA Convention & Exposition in Denver, CO. The Boot Camp will be held on March 25. Attendees and exhibitors can register for the event at WQA.org/Convention.
