APWA President named

The American Public Works Association (APWA) announced that City of Germantown, Tennessee’s Public Works Director, William ‘Bo’ Mills, has assumed the Presidency of the National Board of Directors at the recent APWA PWX Conference. Elected by the association’s nearly 30,000 members, Mills continues his six years of service on the 17-member Board of Directors and will also serve as Past President during 2018-2019.
