Haws® announced additions to its team as well as multiple internal promotions. Rich Ferguson, Director of Global IT Operations, offers a deep level of expertise as a previous CIO for multiple organizations, including Lulius Innovation and Federal Labor Relations Authority in Washington, DC. A 23-year US Army veteran, he will provide worldwide leadership and strategy for the IT department to help support and accelerate corporate objectives.
Joe Marques, Regional Sales Director/National Accounts-Eastern Canada, has more than 30 years of experience in the plumbing and wholesale industries and 15 years in direct sales leadership. He will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing relationships with Haws representatives and key accounts in his region. In addition, he will drive and develop sales growth with key national accounts and customers throughout North America.
Sameep Verma, Business Development Manager, Haws-Dubai joins the Haws-Europe team with an MBA in marketing from SP Jain School of Global Management in Dubai. He has more than nine years of experience in business development. Verma will be based in Dubai and will focus on business development for Haws products within the Middle Eastern market. Internal promotions include Claude Sapp, to COO, adding Global Operations, Product Management and R&D to his existing responsibilities of Finance and IT; Katy Hess, Director of Global Corporate Communications, responsible for leading and supporting the Human Resources department in addition to her current responsibilities of managing the marketing department; Jennifer Duve, Project Manager, with responsibilities of managing project execution for ensuring adherence to time, cost, schedule and scope of selected projects; Ronille Pabico, Accounting Manager, who will (in addition to his previous responsibilities) manage and lead the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams, budget, annual audit and international accounting oversight; Daniel Page, Production Manager, with the addition of the Receiving and Quality Control departments to his existing departments of Manufacturing Production, Parts-Pulling and Concrete, and McDean Licudo, Assistant Production Supervisor, will incorporate management and team member leadership of employees as well as ensuring uniformity of the production floor quality.
