PHSI gears up for new product
PHSI Pure Water Technology made three staffing changes. The Sandpoint, Idaho company promoted Scott Bailey to vice president of marketing. An original member of the PHSI team, Bailey has provided sales, marketing, Internet and advertising services. He’s responsible for creating an animated sales presentation tool, websites such as and www.pure, a PureBrew Coffee program, trade show displays, and the Generation 3 product launch. Bailey will be responsible for the design and implementation of all advertising, packaging, collateral materials, websites, trade shows and dealer communication. PHSI also hired Bill Hansen as director of manufacturing to manage all production aspects of its Generation 3 point-of-use product line in Liberty Lake, Wash. Hansen’s addition comes at a critical time to the company as demand surges for its Generation 3 systems, which was introduced at this year’s WQA show in Baltimore. Lastly, Bob Witte was named the company’s new national account manager. He’ll be working from Sand-point as the primary liaison between major national account customers and PHSI dealers.
