Pressure reducing valves
Plast-O-Matic Valves, Inc.’s Series PRH-U pressure-reducing valve uses thermoplastic materials selected specifically for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and other industries requiring ultra-high purity. The valve, constructed of a machined Kynar 740 PVDF body and metal-ion-free EPDM seals, features a non-rising stem to minimize installation height. It also features a redesigned internal shaft with a smoother shape that helps to maximize flow capacity. All external fasteners are non-wetted and capped to prevent atmospheric corrosion. Spigot type bead-and-crevice free pipe connections are standard in sizes 0.5 to 3 inches (12.7 to 76.2 mm) and can be specified to match any major PVDF pipe supplier dimensions. Valves regulate downstream pressure from 10 to 125 psi, with maximum inlet pressure of 150 psi. http://www.plastomatic.com/prhu.pdf, (973) 256-3000.
