Filter Specialists Inc., of Michigan City, Ind., has developed the new CX150 (150 psig) and CX300 (300 psig) convertible stainless steel sanitary filter housings manufactured of 316 stainless steel. Finishes available for the wetted surfaces and outer housing of the vessels include 32 microinch (3A) sanitary with a bright electropolish housing. The standard finish for the wetted surfaces and outer housing of the vessels is 45 Ra with a bright electropolish finish.
