Hellenbrand Inc., a leading manufacturer of residential, commercial and industrial water treatment equipment in the United States is seeking a General Manager for our Waunakee, WI retail operation, reporting to the President. This position leads all business activities of the Water Center including marketing, sales, operations, human resources, financial results and growth to budgeted targets. The successful candidate will have a 7-10 year proven track record of successfully managing and growing a retail operation preferably, but not required to be, in the water treatment or similar industry. In addition, individuals must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis on business administration or related.
In operation since 1967, Hellenbrand is a past recipient of the WI Family Business of the Year Award for employers with 50-99 employees. Our organization is located near a Big 10 University, recognized for its cultural, recreational and quality of life amenities.
