PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST  
OptiPure is hiring a Product Support Specialist to provide support for our foodservice customers with installation, service, maintenance and repair of the OptiPure water treatment systems.

The ideal candidate is familiar with commercial foodservice environment and equipment along with an understanding of water filtration and treatment. Primary support will be through telephone and email communication. Candidate will be involved in field support and training. Experience working with foodservice equipment installation and service sub-contractors is desirable.

Requirements
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Exceptional phone trouble-shooting skills.
• Proficient problem solving ability.
• Fast learning aptitude.
• Five or more years of foodservice equipment support or water treatment equipment support.
• Detail-oriented and multi-faceted with technical expertise and patience.
• Proven experience and ability to resolve conflicts, manage sub-contractors and resolve customer complaints.
• Ability to document and effectively communicate with engineering regarding issues in the field.
• Reverse osmosis system installation experience and trouble-shooting a plus.

KINETICO WATER SYSTEMS SALES MANAGER  
Seeking a qualified sales manager, with extensive sales experience in the direct water treatment sales industry, for Kinetico Water systems, San Francisco Bay Area. The Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the company meets or exceeds sales, revenue and profit targets through effective management and training. Must be effective in leading the sales team by example by providing leadership, mentoring and training support to ensure success, including leadership and direction on how to attain and close new sales leads in a one-call close.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop all current sales team members in the following ways:
• Where appropriate, counsel and discipline employees - planning, monitoring and appraising job results
• Motivate the workforce and maintain high employee morale
• Deliver effective and ongoing training of sales staff. Develop and implement programs to improve skills of individuals and subordinates as a group
• Participate as necessary in appropriate industry shows and conventions
• Conduct him/herself in a professional and courteous manner in all aspects of interaction with customers and employees
• Work with sales team to develop ongoing sales strategies for continued and growing success
• Work with the CEO on establishing sales strategy
• Work with the sales team and CEO to Identify problems or weaknesses and recommend new methods or corrective actions
• Timely and effective communication is a must!
• Take proactive approach to sales development and problem solving • Display leadership, not just management skills.

Job requirements: • Minimum 4-6 years of successful sales management
• Experience in residential and commercial sales under a base plus commission compensation structure
• Proven success in sales, marketing, operations and leadership roles
• Proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals
• Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service are required
• Ability to analyze sales and market data
• Ability to give quality presentations
• Must possess the attitude of wanting to learn, teach and lead
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
